If I could have superpowers they would be:

1. SUPER SPEED so I get to school early when I sleep in.

2. INVISIBILITY so I can get snacks out of the pantry without being seen.

St johns

St Johns is a voluntary organisation, that relies on donations from the community and a little financial support from the government.

In Hokitika, they visit schools teaching a programme called St Johns for schools. They teach us how to do CPR and put bandages on. Here is a picture of when they visited us at Kaniere School.

Every Christmas they drive around the community collecting food donations for the local food bank.

In Hokitika, we have a Youth St Johns group called the Penguins Club which you can join when you are 6 years old.

My family make a family donation every year so we don’t have to worry when we need to call St Johns. So far since we moved here 6 years ago, we have used 6 ambulances, 2 air ambulances to Christchurch and 1 helicopter to get my sister to the hospital.

10 foods that I would take to sea
Salt & vinegar chips - they are my favourite and they keep my taste buds alive.

Bananas - full of potassium so would be good to keep me healthy and they last quite a while.

Apples - a quick grab and go snack that can clean my teeth while I eat them.

Candy canes  - so I can treat myself every once in a while.

Gingerbread - a sweet variety of bread that is quite filling.

Baked beans - they will keep for some time because they are in a tin and are full of fibre to keep me regular.

 Crackers - A good snack that will need to be kept in a container so they stay fresh.

Timtams - they have a sweet taste and I have a sweet tooth!

Pretzels - Nice and crunchy so they give me a variety of texture.

TNT sour candy - to keep my taste buds working.

Gender pay gap
Pay should be the same for both men and women because they are both training hard in their sports to represent our country. While their gender is different, their goal is still the same.
I believe there should be no difference in pay rates.
